Working more with video lately (also using the monochrom !yes!), this happened to come upon my path, with thanks to Jan Sluijsmans. I’ll post the teaser here, but make sure you watch the entire version; the footage is stunning, the objects bizarre (spomeniks; the monumental history of Yugoslavia), the soundscape beautiful and so is the voice of Tilda Swinton. I’ve not yet properly listened to the lyrics; the imagery caught my eye foremost, and so did the soundscape, but will the next time I watch it. Oh, and headphones are much preferred here. And the absent of screaming children 🙂
