Seeing that I have quite a load of digital images, merely residing on my hard drives, I thought it would be good to give them

Forest near Fort de Laniscourt
Nice piece about my studio /work in @zoutmag. This in anticipation of my upcoming exhibition in…[insert drum roll] @fotomuseumaanhetvrijthof which will open on April the 2nd 2023 ❤️
Forest near Fort de Laniscourt. Photographed on Kodak Technical Pan (I still have a couple ohhh) dating from 1993…Still works like a charm 😁 Taken with the Holga WPC 120 pinhole. It’s so simple but I love it 😻
View from the caves of Confrecourt, France. Hard to tell from this little thumb but there are remains left and still visible of old railroad tracks, so called narrow-gauge tracks, developed by Paul Decauville. They were used for transport to and away from the frontline and were easy and fast to build.
I remember when I had my portfolio reviewed at the academy in Hasselt to apply for the photography classes I was being told: “your portolio is good enough to enter here, but the darkness in your images, we are going to get it out”.
The best argument for having a camera is it gives you the perfect alibi for wandering. Strolling through interesting environments, walking through history. That sure is what we love to do!
Playing around and then I stumbled upon this… blurred wet plate collodion image. I love this..
